Once we have that, one of our compassionate rehabilitation specialists will reach out to schedule a behavioral assessment. From there, we’ll work with you to design a care plan that reflects your values, preferences, and goals. You’ll be paired with a dedicated rehabilitation counselor who will be your steady support throughout your journey. Frequency and Ongoing Support For adults, services typically include six visits per month. For children and adolescents, services usually include three visits per month. All visits are provided by experienced Rehabilitation Coordinators who are dedicated to supporting your growth every step of the way. Every three months, we revisit your plan together to ensure it continues to reflect your progress, support your evolving needs, and make space for any new goals you feel ready to explore.
