Meeting You Where You Are

We believe that real progress begins in spaces where you feel safe, comfortable, and understood. That could be your home, workplace, school, a favorite spot in the community—or right here in our welcoming office. Wherever you feel most at ease, we’ll meet you there—both physically and emotionally—so you can grow in a way that feels natural and supported.

Your PRP experience is tailored just for you. The level and type of support you receive will align with your personal needs, comfort, and goals. We listen carefully and collaborate closely, making sure your voice is at the heart of every decision.

How to Get Started

Getting started is simple. You’ll need a referral from a licensed therapist. Once we have that, one of our compassionate rehabilitation specialists will reach out to schedule a behavioral assessment.

From there, we’ll work with you to design a care plan that reflects your values, preferences, and goals. You’ll be paired with a dedicated rehabilitation counselor who will be your steady support throughout your journey.

Frequency and Ongoing Support

For adults, services typically include six visits per month. For children and adolescents, services usually include three visits per month.

All visits are provided by experienced Rehabilitation Coordinators who are dedicated to supporting your growth every step of the way. Every three months, we revisit your plan together to ensure it continues to reflect your progress, support your evolving needs, and make space for any new goals you feel ready to explore.
